We’re a member of the Disability Confident Scheme. We’re committed to making sure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible for disabled candidates.

In our hiring process, we:

  • offer an interview to all disabled candidates who meet the minimum shortlisting criteria for the role they’ve applied for

  • offer feedback to disabled candidates who don’t meet the minimum shortlisting criteria

To be considered for a guaranteed interview, you’ll need to opt into the Disability Confident Scheme when you complete your application through our portal.
